To ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit, we recommend scheduling your appointments in advance. You can book your sessions through our easy-to-use online reservation system on the link below. We strive to accommodate your preferred times, so early booking is encouraged.
Our Policies & Things to Know
Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and start your relaxation early.
Late Arrivals
Grace Period: We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you arrive up to 15 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate your full service, but please note that the appointment may need to be shortened to ensure we remain on schedule for other clients.
Beyond 15 Minutes: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or modify the services provided. You will still be responsible for the full cost of the appointment.
Late Arrival Fees: In certain cases, a late fee of $25 may be charged if your tardiness impacts the schedule significantly.
Payments: All services require at least a 50% non-refundable deposit. The deposit will be credited towards your appointment and balance will be due by the end of service.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients and maintain our schedule effectively.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee.
No-Shows: Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in a charge or a requirement to prepay for future bookings.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.
What to Bring: We provide all the necessary amenities for your comfort, but feel free to bring any personal items you might need.
Health Considerations: If you have any health conditions or concerns, please inform us in advance so we can ensure your experience is both safe and enjoyable.
